
Ingredients:
Marination:
Nethili Fish(cleaned) -500gms
Ginger garlic paste -1tsp
Red chilli powder -1tsp
Coriander powder -2tsp
Turmeric powder -1/4tsp
Red colour powder -optional
Pepper powder -1tsp
Lime juice -a few drops
Salt -as per taste
Final coating:
Egg(beaten) -1no
Bread Crumbs -as per requirement
Oil -to deep fry
Method:
1.Marinade the fish with the given ingredients for 2 hours.
2.Dip each fish in the beaten egg and roll out with the bread crumbs.
3.Deep fry in oil till golden brown.
4.Its a great snack by itself. Goes well as a starter too.
